French Napoleonic 18s #4 - Day 9

Fin! Yes they are done, just in time for the the reinforcements #5. Today started very quickly and lots seemed to get done, then the dreaded black-lining arrived. After several breaks and about three hours it was done.

Here's what happened:

Highlight the flesh areas with a coat of Medium Fleshtone(VMC)
Re-highlight the flesh areas with a coat of Flat Flesh(VMC)
Highlight the steal areas with a coat of Chainmail Silver(VGC)
Re-highlight the steal areas with a coat of Silver(VGC)
Highlight the brass areas with a coat of Brassy Brass(VGC)
Re-highlight the brass areas with a coat of Glorious Gold(VGC)
Re-highlight the grey horses and light-grey cloth (clean-up the white areas) with a coat of White
Blackline where needed (spots on officers’ turban) with a coat of Black
Airbrush the whole mini with a 1:1 mix of Matt Varnish(V):Airbrush Thinner(V)
